Mr. Ashish Dange is the Founder and CEO of Ophtechnics. An MBA by education, he started the company in the year 2003 after working in the industry for almost 10 years. During the company’s early years, Ashish acted as the sole engineer for the entire Ophtechnics family, allowing for it to be a stable business from the outset. In addition to his main responsibilities in running the company, he also remains actively involved design and development.
Monisha DangeManaging Director
Ms. Monisha Dange is the managing director and the co-founder of the company. She is a seasoned leader with extensive experience managing growing and developing teams in high-growth startups. As the leader of Ophtechnics Strategy division, Monisha is responsible for developing the analytical frameworks that shape the company’s business and her work encapsulates all brand creative, brand design and product design efforts for the company.
Suhail MoinGeneral Manager – Production
Suhail brings over 16 years of experience in the field of production. As a specialized microbiologist he is responsible for development of our entire product range and Research and Development that goes along with it. Since joining Ophtechnics, he has grown the various divisions into teams that cover everything from product composition to customer insights.
M. Pratap SinghManager – Finance & Accounts
Pratap brings 10 years of financial industry experience to Ophtechnics Finance Team and has spent much of his career building and transforming financial strategies to support the management of one of the most crucial areas of business. His deep insights has changed the growth trajectory of the company and transformed our enterprise applications.

Atul an MBA graduate from a leading Business School brings marketing expertise and leadership to Ophtechnics. Looking after International Business and Marketing, he implements strategic media plan optimizing the company & marketing efforts while expanding its global presence, content strategy, digital footprint and overseas client base.
